To represent our project in the possible future we will use a continued growth society, on the path that it is on now, we could be done with at least most of the restoration actions in the next 30 or so years, but that could only be completed if the leases given to the fishermen is renewed or the policy changed entirely, which many restoration groups are trying to push for. It is likely that the government will agree as Mokauea island is historically recognized, has cultural significance, and is home to 5 families, and it is illegal to evict people from their own homes for un-reasonable cause.
